Durable video & audio over fiber
With this our relation takes a step forward according to her principles of Sustainable Broadcasting. This Broadcast van is equipped with the newest technology, like 3D and HD (1080p), and next to that it uses 30% less energy as similar vans. Other sustainable features are that it is made of fully recycled materials and that all equipment is efficient in saving energy. For the singlemode fiberoptic connections they are using the OpticalCON QUAD. Internal they are easy to connect with LC-connectors. This results in a range of savings.
Energy generation
For wind turbines we produce connectors used for the backup batteries. The backup battery is used to rotate the nacelle into the wind when the rotor has stopped. The connectors are made to our customer's specifications.
TV broadcasting truck
In the modern TV broadcasting truck, HDTV and audio signals are often fed through glassfiber cable. Because the vehicles stand outside and must be connected to other equipment located both indoor and outdoor, the choice was made for a four-core glassfiber cable with Expanded Beam connectors. These glassfiber connectors make a connection by means of light passing through lenses. Dirt on the lenses causes no connection problems and can be cleaned off easily. Complete cables are available on reels.
